Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your KRYX account and associated personal data by emailing support@kryxpay.com from the email address linked to your KRYX account.
What To Include
- Your full name.
- Your KRYX account email address and phone number.
- Whether the account is a customer account, merchant account, or both.
- The subject line: "KRYX Account Deletion Request".
What We Delete
After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service or meet legal, security, dispute, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.
What We May Retain
We may retain limited records where necessary for payment verification, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal compliance, tax/accounting requirements, dispute handling, chargebacks, or security investigations.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time. Some retained records may remain for the period required by law, payment network rules, security needs, or legitimate business obligations.
